AB0251 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND FUNCTIONAL DISABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Background The management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) must be multidisciplinary in order to relieve pain, prevent functional disability and improve quality life. Objectives objective this study was evaluate the impact status on psychological state patients with RA. Methods This is a cross sectional conducted among diagnosed RA based ACR/EULAR criteria. We assessed them for anxiety depression symptoms using Hospital Anxiety Depression scale (HADS). by Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ). Results A total 100 were included study. There 89 females (89% cases) 11 males (11%). mean age participants 53.2 years [21-76 years]. average duration disease 11.1 [1-40 Very active (DAS 28 greater than 5.1) observed 34 patients.
